Travel to Laramie

The Laramie Regional airport (http://www.laramieairport.com) is serviced by SkyWest/United Airlines out of Denver, CO.

If you fly directly into Laramie and are staying at our conference hotel, the Hilton Garden Inn, you can reserve a shuttle to the hotel from the airport. This shuttle service is managed by the Hilton and must be booked in advance. The airport’s website also has rental car information.

The Denver International Airport (DIA) is about a 2 hour, 15 minute drive from Laramie. You can also schedule a ride with the Green Ride Shuttle service. The fare is $80 one way for the 1st passenger, and $50 for a second passenger.

The 2017 Annual Meeting will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn on the campus of the University of Wyoming. Rooms have been reserved at a special rate from May 31st to June 6th. The phone number for the hotel is (307) 745-5500. Please contact the hotel directly for shuttle arrangements.
